the Wendy Darlings came to Europavox 2010 showcases after a UK tour, great success!!

The Wendy Darlings is a french band born in 2006. It is an indie pop trio composed of Saddam Suzy ( vocals/ guitar), Dr Poppy ( bass/ vocals) and DJ Sepia ( drums). They are influenced by 80’s /90’s indie pop bands like The Breeders, The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Vaselines, Sebadoh, Beat Happening, Violent Femmes, Television Personalities, Henry’s Dress, The Clean, Black Tambourine, Screamfeeder, The Pastels, Garageland, Sonic Youth, 14 iced bears, the Primitives, My Bloody Valentine, The Ramones and also by bands like the Beach Boys and the Kinks.
