We totally dig that kind of music: two guitars, a drum, straight to the point and powerful riffs combined with energetic rythm – they call it the new school surf and flamenco and are from Denmark! The Good the Bad played at Europavox 2011 and we were thrilled to have them in the Sexroom for their first acoustic song ever.
The Belgian quatuor came over for the Europavox festival 2011 and delivered a wild and energetic set… We had so much fun hanging out with them and shooting that Sexroom we let them introduce themselves (in French!). Hear them sing “the girl from room 16″ from their latest album Don’t give a damn about bad reputation.
Here’s a very special one, with an English band that didn’t release its first album, yet everyone is talking about them as the next BIG thing ! We met them at the Europavox festival 2011, very nice dudes, lot of talent, and we had a nice aftershow together. Hope you’ll enjoy “us & ourselves”, their first gig ever in France!
Since Riot House’s offices are located just next to Kütu Folk Records, we couldn’t avoid having Hospital Ships in the Sexroom while they were in town!

Some artists blow our minds more than others, and Marc Anthony Thompson aka Chocolate Genius Inc. is definitely one of them… Despite the unbearable temperature of the Sexroom he gave us a really sweet and unique version of his “Infidel Blues”, a song that was probably written in such a room!
